London’s Air Ambulance launches new Facebook campaign
The advertising push follows the hire of agency WPNC and involves a call to action via Facebook videos and TV advertising.
London’s Air Ambulance Charity has launched a new fundraising campaign to tackle the misconception that it is fully funded through public money.
The campaign is called Every Second Counts and features an online element involving three 15-second Facebook videos as well as display advertising.
In addition, it involves a 60-second television advert in the London region to encourage donations. Activity includes a call to action urging people to text £5 to help the service.
Featured in the advertising push is the London Air Ambulance Charity’s Chief Pilot Neil Jeffers in action, receiving an emergency call and treating a patient.
London’s Air Ambulance Charity delivers advanced trauma support to critically injured people in London. Since its launch in 1989 it has treated more than 39,500 people and covers an area involving 10 million people who live, work and travel within the M25 motorway. It operates in partnership with Barts Health NHS Trust and the London Ambulance Service.
