ClearCourse acquires digital fundraising company instaGiv
Mobile and digital fundraising platform Instagiv has joined the network of offerings for charities and membership organisations.
The transaction represents an expansion of ClearCourse’s offering in digital fundraising and donations.
Instagiv represents ClearCourse’s eight acquisition and bid to expand since inception in October 2018. The company seeks to purchase innovative technology companies that provide software solutions to membership, non-profit, and charitable organisations.
The expansion of ClearCourse into donations and fundraising, through its purchase of instaGiv, means that the company will be able to provide an expanded suite of highly complementary products and services to its existing clients.
InstaGiv, established in 2010, offers a range of mobile and digital solutions for the third sector, alongside its core offering of text donation services. The company has developed products across the range of services for fundraising, including donor engagement, recruitment, text donation procession, interactive voicemail, and competition hosting.
InstaGiv works with over 300 UK charities, including Macmillan Cancer Support, Tearfund and Amnesty international. To date, the company has helped raise over £7.5 million.

ClearCourse will pursue the development of instaGiv through by providing operational and financial resources, as well as operational and commercial synergies.
