Introducing Charity Digital Tech Conference month
Charity Digital News is kicking off its ‘Conference Rewind Month’, which will be looking back on the top content from the day of learning at the Charity Digital Tech Conference.
Three months ago we hosted the very first Charity Digital Tech Conference – a day for charities to learn all about using digital to drive their missions by coming face-to-face with the tech experts and charity peers leading the charge.
If you made it on the day you will have been joined by over 200 charities from across the UK and 3o+ speakers from organisations including Facebook, Mencap, Age UK and the National Cyber Security Centre, with interactive talks on everything from digital fundraising and marketing to data management and being an effective charity leader.
But don’t worry if you missed it – over the next month you can catch top content from the Charity Digital Tech Conference as we highlight the key takeaways in our series of videos from the day, including:
- Facebook, on how charities can take advantage of the next generation of free collaboration tools.
- NPC‘s look at why charities are using data visualisation to communicate in creative ways.
- Superhighways on everything you need to know about migrating data to the cloud.
- Prospectus’ introduction to hiring and keeping the skilled staff you need to become a digital charity.
Watch the intro video above to get a glimpse of the action and hear from Charity Digital News CEO Jonathan Chevallier, speakers including Jo Kerr and Facebook’s Julien Lasaicherre, and some of the charities who came on the day.
