The Stroke Association has revamped its donors’ online experience in time for its Christmas campaign
The Stroke Association, the UK’s leading charity dedicated to conquering stroke, has revamped its donors’ online experience in time for its Christmas campaign.
The charity wanted to improve supporters’ online experience by creating a new, more accessible and user-friendly donation journey. Working with Addition, the digital studio from WPN Chameleon, it comprehensively reviewed its donation experience, taking into account feedback from users and stakeholders to improve the digital journey.
The new donation experience, launched on Addition’s donation platform, intuitively handles different donation types such as in-memory or paying in sponsorship and collections.
The back-end functionality enables the charity to create campaign specific donation journeys and fully track & attribute the source of the donations. The platform integrates seamlessly with Stroke’s existing thankQ CRM and dotmailer email platform.
Using Addition’s donation platform, the charity will now be able to give its supporters more choice in how they make their donation with options including Apple Pay. The donation platform is also PCI compliant.
