Tangent wins bid to re-build web shop for The Children’s Society

Tangent has won a competitive pitch process to rebuild the web shop for The Children’s Society, one of the UK’s leading national youth charities. The brief will include an overhaul of the charity’s current web shop using the Magento platform.

Tangent, recently voted one of the UK’s top marketing agencies, has considerable experience working with charities as well as membership organisations and counts Centrepoint and The Labour Party as current clients.

Oliver Green, Managing Partner at Tangent said: “We are absolutely delighted to be working with The Children’s Society and look forward to delivering a cutting-edge e-commerce experience. This latest win for Tangent is a strong validation of our market leading proposition and our expertise in the not-for-profit sector.”

Riikka Lundahl, Digital Project Lead at The Children’s Society said: “After a competitive tender process, Tangent’s experience working with charities was key to them winning the bid. Our online shop is a great way for us to raise vital funds for the vulnerable children we support. This project sits across a number of disciplines including user research, UX and platform development, all of which Tangent can deliver swiftly and efficiently – the team and I are excited to get started.”
