Believe.in launches new dashboard to boost charity fundraising

Believe.in has launched a new dashboard for charities, providing them with the tools to generate more income and be more targeted in their fundraising outreach. It has been released instantly across five countries extending its donation-processing infrastructure to support 2.3 million charities across the USA, Canada, Ireland, UK and Australia.

Believe.in creates technology for charities that help them better engage with audiences online as well as raise awareness and donations effectively through digital channels.

The new dashboard allows charities to better understand donors, their device usage and networks in real-time.  A charity’s own data can be segmented and downloaded by product or individual page across a date rage, ready to import in their CRM. Charities will also be able to track income instantly whilst building long-term supporter relationships.

Matthias Metternich, co-founder, Believe.in states: “Our dashboard update is simply the next step in an ambitious roadmap that will see Believe.in release several new powerful products for charities and their teams, allowing them to bring digital deep into their core business. For the thousands of charities already working with Believe.in, there is no need to upgrade or update software – it will happen instantly. This is, and will continue to be one of our core benefits; charities will always have the most current software with us for free.”
