You know more about your donors than you think

Charities are increasingly turning to big data in a bid to find out more about their donors and what makes them click.

CRM systems are a good place to start. Charities which don’t utilise this wealth of data readily available at their fingertips – whether down to lack of awareness, capacity or skills – risk falling behind.

If you’d like to find out how to make the most of your CRM system and the key data you already hold on it, check out this Access Group whitepaper, ‘You know more about your donors than you think’. Writer, Howard Lake, founder of UK Fundraising, explores in particular how social data within the charitable sector is currently being used and how it can benefit your CRM.
