Sightsavers gives global staff increased visibility and control with SelectHR

Sightsavers has plans to work with Access Group to utilise its human resources software SelectHR across 30 developing countries.

The software will allow employee records to be updated by staff through the self-service module, reducing the administrative strain on by the HR department. Staff have improved access to information and more control, enhancing efficiency across the organisation.

Elissa Pette, Director of Human Resources and Operational Development said: “We’re upgrading to SelectHR to give us the functionality required to support our global systems.”

“We work in more than 30 developing countries and so we were looking for a system that works for all the offices. We have a great deal of confidence in Access’ SelectHR, as we are able to work collectively from one point of information.” 

“We plan on using SelectHR as a strategic point of data for reporting. Starting with enabling line managers, now we have the ability to access data and reports, without relying on additional staff to approve the process, this will save a great deal of time for the HR team.”
