Website integration also allows the organisation to accept online donations and event bookings which are captured directly into the thankQ CRM system, whilst integration with MailChimp pushes contact data from thankQ into MailChimp and pulls email tracking data back into thankQ, giving CHSF a single view of all campaign activity and effectiveness.
