- Ask relevant information only. If you ask the user too much, making the process lengthy and complicated, they might get bored and leave the page.
- Keep distractions to a minimum. Avoid multiple links away to other pages, keeping the user’s attention solely on the donation itself.
- Ensure security. A lot of people are still hesitant to enter their payment details online. Making sure you have the ‘lock’ symbol and the ‘https’ in the URL will give your potential donors peace of mind.
