Homeless charity Shelter has selected digital specialist Chameleon to work together on its online giving platforms, it has been reported. The decision follows the increased use of online giving in Shelter’s fundraising strategy.
Chameleon will revamp Shelter’s donation and event management platforms, and help to improve online giving by providing optimisation and conversion analysis.
Head of Data Management & Insight at Shelter, James Hoare, said: “At Shelter we place great importance on keeping pace with digital developments. We set out to work with a digital partner who could support us across the spectrum of online fundraising – influencing each step on the journey people take from first contact through to becoming a supporter.”
