Leading charity, the National Deaf Children’s Society (NDCS) has chosen Blackbaud as its customer relationship management (CRM) solution, it has been reported. The solution will integrate its supporter and service delivery data which could improve its services and increase fundraising.

Mike Wade, the charity’s director of fundraising and communications, said: “We needed a flexible, powerful and 21st century CRM solution and felt Blackbaud CRM best matched our needs. Blackbaud CRM will allow us to adopt a more 21st century approach to both our fundraising and service delivery, incorporating social data and data from our five websites into one CRM solution.

It will provide us with a 360-degree view of our supporters, volunteers and donors as well as a complete overview of the services we deliver to thousands of deaf children and their families across the UK and worldwide.”
