Samaritans select CRM and fundraising solution thankQ
The Samaritans charity expect to increase donations and develop donor relationships using a new CRM and fundraising solution.
The Samaritans charity provides support for those in need in the UK, and can be contacted by SMS, phone, email, by letter or in person. The organisation has undergone extensive growth over the past two years, seeing an increase in income of 36%.
The charity has invested in a new fundraising and CRM solution, thankQ, selected for its close functional fit with their existing system. With thankQ handling any activities regarding fundraising or CRM, the charity expect to raise more money and develop donor relationships.
