Arthritis Care has launched a number of digital initiatives designed to boost knowledge, build communities and highlight the plight of arthritis sufferers.
A series of brand new health information pages have been introduced to the charity’s website to help people manage their arthritis and live life independently. Information ranges from advice on healthy eating through to exercising with arthritis and the treatment, aids and equipment available.
The info pages support the popular online community for people with arthritis that offers a welcoming space to talk to other people dealing with similar issues.
What’s more, a new Facebook Group for young people in Northern Ireland has been launched. The Facebook group allows young people with arthritis to share tips on managing the condition, meet other young people and receive invites to events locally.
