We were thrilled with the response to our webinar, The Digital Persona of a Supporter – how charities need to adapt engagement strategies in the new digital world, held on Thursday 9th July, in partnership with Advanced NFP.
The webinar built on the discussion that featured at Advanced NFP’s popular roundtable last month, including talks on how not-for-profits can adapt their engagement strategies to the digital world, and how to use digital personas to find out how they are engaging with their supporters.
Hundreds of Charity Digital News readers were in attendance – if you were one of them, we hope you enjoyed the session as much as we did. If you couldn’t make it to the webinar but want to hear what was discussed, click here to register for access to the recording.
And if you’ve been left with any burning questions, now’s your chance to put them directly to the experts!
Next Thursday 16th July between 12pm and 1pm, the webinar panellists, who included Jude Semadeni from Guide Dogs for the Blind, Marko Batarilo from Beating Bowel Cancer and Technology Trust chief executive Richard Craig will be taking questions at a Q&A session that will be live streamed here on Charity Digital News.
Just come along to our home page on the day where you’ll be able to access the session and pose your questions.
We look forward to seeing you there!

But recent research by the IoF has revealed that just 7% of charities with a corporate fundraising programme feel that it is “fully developed”. With this in mind, Virgin Money Giving is hosting a series of free live events between 5th and 7th October to help charities grow their corporate fundraising.
