According to recent research from Advanced NFP, who will be hosting a free webinar on digital persona best practice next month, a full 77 percent of not-for-profits see the lack of in-house expertise a major barrier to the full utilisation of digital personas, while the same number said that the cost of using this data this way had proven prohibitive.
As the experts at Advanced write in a new white paper: “Throughout the research we’ve seen that often there isn’t so much a problem with collecting data with putting it to good use.”
