A new Ofsted compliant e-Safety tool has been launched by Mouchel to help parents and teachers protect children online.
The Point2Protect product is an app that allows children to make the best use of the internet whilst having a safe, responsible online experience.
It also enables parents and teachers to view and better understand how devices are being used by children, both in and out of school.
Features include age-related content filtering and intelligent scheduling rules which can be applied no matter which network a device is connecting from.
As part of the apps release, Mouchel is supporting UK charity Barnardo’s by making a donation to help it promote e-Safety.
Tim Slorick, Procurement Development Director, Mouchel Business Services, said: “Children now grow up with the internet as part of their lives.
“It’s important that parents and teachers are confident that children are protected online in order to safely use the internet as a valuable learning resource.
“We are passionate about helping teachers and parents educate children to make good decisions online, and Point2Protect can play an important part.”
