The charity hopes to raise awareness of mental health at this difficult time of year for many and also act as a platform to tackle stigma and discrimination.
The campaign asks supporters to post two pictures of themselves on social media, one sad – one happy, and then to list 3 things that “turn your frown upside down” before texting a donation and nominating three friends to do the same.
