Charity database company Harlequin and regular giving specialist Rapidata have teamed up to offer Direct Debit payments, online fundraising and mobile services to users of Harlequin CRM, fundraising and accounting software.
Developers are working on integration processes to connect Harlequin’s software with the range of technical services offered by Rapidata, including Direct Debits, eDirectDebit, card payments, online and mobile fundraising services for website donation pages, event registration and participant management, and peer-to-peer fundraising across social media.
Martin Hills, Head of Business Development at Harlequin said: “As well as offering essential tools for Regular Giving, we are particularly excited about how Rapidata will help our clients with online fundraising. For example, we are aware of an increasing demand for branded online donation pages that link to the backend CRM system – our clients will now be able to have this.”
