Small Charities Coalition is running a training course in partnership with IBM, ‘Developing a technology Plan’ for small charities and community groups in London on Friday 20th June for £20.
Creating and following a plan for using technology can help small charities deliver improved services and fulfil their missions. This workshop (for people who are not IT specialists) will explain why a technology plan is essential; help participants understand what should be in one; and provide a framework for working with stakeholders to produce a technology plan that everyone understands and agrees with. Simple tools and templates will be provided which can be used on return to the participant’s organisation to develop the plan.

With this in mind, Virgin Money Giving is hosting a series of free live events between 5th and 7th October to help charities grow their corporate fundraising.
