During Small Charity Week from 16th-21st June, five small charities will be featured on eBay’s checkout area. With 17 million active eBay users this initiative provides small charities with a valuable chance to raise funds and their profile with a new audience.
Small charities have until Friday 30th May to submit a 90 character fundraising message to be in with the chance of winning this exclusive online fundraising opportunity.
Pauline Broomhead, CEO of the FSI, the charity behind Small Charity Week said: “Small charities are continuing to face increasing competition for funding, with limited time and resources many of these organisations struggle to make the most of the growing online fundraising channels available. We are delighted that eBay for Charity is working with Small Charity Week to offer smaller charities the chance to benefit from such a valuable online fundraising opportunity.”
