As part of a wider IT transformation project which aims to improve its spend control capabilities, reduce costs and boost efficiency, Turning Point, a leading health and social care organisation, has adopted Wax Digital web3 Source-to-Pay (S2P).
This source-to-pay capability, with every element of the purchasing lifecycle controlled in a single highly intuitive web-based system, along with Wax Digital’s extensive experience of integration with SunSystems, were key decision-making factors in Turning Point’s decision to select web3.
Jason Drury, Procurement and Facilities Manager, Turning Point said: “As a not for dividend organisation, every penny counts so it is essential we can control every aspect of our organisation’s spend so that we can continue to deliver support to the people who need us most.
“Following a thorough RFQ process, a visit to an existing Wax customer and system demonstrations we were convinced that web3 was the right solution to support our existing and future procurement requirements.
“Wax Digital web3 significantly improves our procurement capabilities from day one and as we move rapidly to a complete Source-to-Pay model we will be able not simply to address our current pain points, but to move to a truly industry-leading procurement model that will quickly generate significant process and cost savings.”
