Most charities have a donation page, but some do it better than others. Check out these four top tips for creating a great donation page.
- Keep it simple. Don’t put off potential donors with long forms to fill in. Making it quick will make people more likely to donate.
- Use popups. Don’t bombard your website visitor but place a few popups to ask if they would like to make their donation a regular occurrence.
- Make use of images and video. Include pictures and information of the people the donation is directly helping.
- Make your page mobile friendly. People access websites through their smartphones more often than a computer these days.
