UK charity Friends of Westonbirt Arboretum (FOWA) is developing its strategy through Access’ thankQ fundraising software. The charity aims to simplify administrative work and strengthen its engagements.
Jacqueline Dalton, Charity Manager for the Friends of Westonbirt Arboretum, said: “We recently invested in thankQ and are now looking to improve efficiency and enhance growth of the charity by reaching out to our members, sponsors and wider audience.”
The charity is looking to build and secure trust with its sponsors, through better understanding and processing of donations.
She adds: “ We’re confident in Access thankQ’s ability to perform. Its interface is very user friendly. Something staff can just pick up and use, from the honed database administrator to the volunteers. We now have the ability to record, capture and report data, so we know exactly where donations are coming from, and make sure they’re used as our donors wish.”
“We’re hoping to use thankQ for full social integration, strengthening our routine and communication.”
