A new digital marketing apprenticeship qualification, led by Agilisys Arch and developed “by employers for employers”, has received the green light from the Skills Funding Agency. This means that thousands of young people can now be trained to be the digital marketing professionals of the future.
The qualification, a level 3 Diploma certified by City & Guilds, covers crucial digital skills such as Search Engine Marketing, Data Analysis and Social Media. These skills are in short supply as companies, charities and government organisations seek to use new online multi-channel technologies to deliver more for customers and citizens at less cost.
The qualification has been developed by Agilisys Arch, the specialist apprenticeship division of fast growing IT and business services firm Agilisys. Agilisys Arch has worked with a number of leading digital firms, including Incisive Media, Zipcar and Google to develop the new qualification. This means that it delivers what employers really need in order to train up their next generation of digital talent. Ten apprentices have already started on the new qualification through Agilisys Arch.
