Children’s Heart Surgery Fund (CHSF) has selected thankQ as its CRM solution, it has been reported. The system is cost-effective, easy to use and allows the organisation to adopt a single CRM solution that manages its relationships across a range of digital platforms. thankQ provides integration with a number of platforms, including Facebook, Twitter and JustGiving.
Website integration also allows the organisation to accept online donations and event bookings which are captured directly into the thankQ CRM system, whilst integration with MailChimp pushes contact data from thankQ into MailChimp and pulls email tracking data back into thankQ, giving CHSF a single view of all campaign activity and effectiveness.
Sharon Cheng, Charity Director at CHSF said: “To provide the best support and facilities for the young people and families we serve, we need to raise significant sums of money in the most cost effective way we can. Digital marketing is a vital tool for us as it provides a cheap and effective way of reaching our supporters. thankQ has given us exactly the functionality we need to effectively reach, record, engage and develop supporter data from multiple digital platforms all within a single centralised system.”
