A new version of Kudos Charity Retail has been released, which enables all donor communications to be by email as well as by traditional letter, potentially saving charities a lot of money.
The retail management system helps charities reduce administration time and improve the quality of management information, as well as process Retail Gift Aid. Registration of new donors now includes print or email Retail Gift Aid agreement confirmation plus the setup of new donors on the main system or via web service on a phone or a tablet.
Eireann Janssens, Retail Development Manager says: “Following the on-line webinar to train our users on the latest version of Kudos Charity Retail, our system was upgraded and we’re reviewing the HMRC guidelines in our Retail Gift Aid claim process. We’re delighted to learn that the whole project was at no additional cost to the charity.”
