Nominations open for Digital Leaders 50

Digital Leaders

Nominations are now open for The Digital Leaders 50, which recognises leaders and organisations that demonstrate a pioneering and sustainable approach to digital transformation.

There are five award categories in total, one of these being for NGOs. This will single out leaders from charities and not-for-profit organisations who are playing major roles in projects that enable the benefits of digital to be made available to all.

The winners will have shown leadership and innovation in harnessing digital technology and the internet as providers of information, key services and social interaction.

The awards have been launched following the growth and success of the Digital Leaders Programme.

Robin Knowles, Founder, Digital Leaders Programme said: “We set up Digital Leaders because we passionately believe that sharing knowledge and experience is one of the keys to the UK’s future success as a world-leading digital nation. The Digital Leaders Programme gathers influential leaders from the highest levels of central and local Government, and the private and not-for-profit sectors, to address the policy and good practice for harnessing digital as a key enabler for the delivery of transparent, efficient, and citizen-centric services in a new age of Digital Government.”

The awards are kindly sponsored by Agilisys and are launched in partnership with Digital by Default News, a leading online publication covering the sector, which will oversee the nomination and judging process.
