Leading business solutions company for charities, Pythagoras Communications Limited, has revealed that it will provide Microsoft Dynamics CRM to Help for Heroes, a UK charity which supports wounded soldiers.
The software will improve overall functionally, including event and campaign management. The software will also provide a website portal with member log in, offers and incentives.
Julian Stone, Managing Director of Pythagoras, said: “We are delighted to announce a solution partnership with Help for Heroes on their Microsoft Dynamics CRM platform. As a leading charity in the United Kingdom and one close to all our hearts I am honoured to be able to utilise our expertise in delivering the next phase of their CRM roadmap.
Steve Elliott, Head of IT at Help for Heroes said: “Help for Heroes is constantly striving to improve the service it offers both its supporters and customers. By introducing CRM across all of the operational activities of the charity and capturing the data in a single system we will be better placed to engage the right people at the right time and work with them in their preferred way. By engaging with a professional software supplier like Pythagoras we will be able to accelerate the development programme and be in a position to utilise the system sooner.”
