The collaboration between Charity Technology Trust (CTT), Third Sector IT and the Salesforce Foundation has led to a new project. It intends to give UK charities assistance free advice and in-depth knowledge regarding customer relationship management (CRM) cloud based technology.
The support will be available in the form of monthly seminars, with the first being held on 5th February 2013 in central London. Thereafter, the seminars will take place on every first Tuesday of the month. Register for the event here.
Emma Watts from The Kids Company, a charity supporting vulnerable inner-city children, attended a pilot seminar last year. She says: “Overall it was a really useful overview and a good reality check for the practicalities of CRM implementation. I really appreciated the lengthy question time – great to learn from others’ questions.”
Charities believe corporate fundraising is a key growth area.
