The Samaritans charity provides support for those in need in the UK, and can be contacted by SMS, phone, email, by letter or in person. The organisation has undergone extensive growth over the past two years, seeing an increase in income of 36%.
The charity has invested in a new fundraising and CRM solution, thankQ, selected for its close functional fit with their existing system. With thankQ handling any activities regarding fundraising or CRM, the charity expect to raise more money and develop donor relationships.
Daniel McAllister, Interim Direct Marketing Manager at Samaritans, says: “Previous experience has taught us that the quality and culture of the supplying organisation is as critical to a successful project as the quality of the software product itself. thankQ demonstrated a flexible attitude and a willingness to work collaboratively with us to help clarify our needs, adapt our processes and show us how thankQ can help us achieve our objectives.”
